    Resolution: Fixed

Used a digamber database dump from Sumit dated 18th nov 2010.

There were a number of data updates that need to be applied to the digamber 
mifos database in order to get to the situation where:

Ran thru ETL without errors
Ran thru health checks without errors
Ran thru addition manual health checks without errors

So, before kicking off the ETL to get the data warehouse for Digamber the 
updates in the attached notes need to be run (or discussed).  I think the 
majority of the items are due to some migration whether automated or manual (if 
could have been moving the system dates around).  Maybe someone knows the 
process of deploying Digamber and can throw a bit of light on it.  Anyhow, the 
updates are relatively small in number and importance.
