Upon changing the maximum / minimum interest rate at the level of the loan
product, the changed rate does not flow through to the corresponding existing
loan accounts.
Steps taken:
1) Under admin > view loan products > edit loan product information, for laon
product "Credito Semanal" change value for "Max Interest rate" from 31.49 to
31.57651.
2) Go to loan account for particular user, loan product "Credito Semanal", and
"Edit Account Information" ; for field interest rate, range is still specified
as "(Allowed Interest rate amount 0.00000 - 31.49000 %)".
