Group's mandatory savings account is not recalculated after adding client

REPRO:
1. Create group with mandatory savings account per individual (set mandatory
amount for deposit: 100)
2. Create 3 clients in that group
3. Go to group mandatory account and click on 'View deposit due details'
4. Check that Total amount due is 300
5. Back to group details page
6. Create another client with mandatory savings accounts who is not a member of
any group
7. On a client details page click on the 'Edit meeting schedule / Add Group'
link
8. Click on 'Click here to add group membership' link
9. Select previously created group with mandatory savings account per individual
10. Click 'Submit' button
11. Go to group details page, select group mandatory account and click on 'View
deposit due details'
EXPECTED RESULT:
# of active Clients 4
Total amount due is 400
ACTUAL RESULT:
# of active Clients 4
Total amount due is still 300
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
When you try to add client with mandatory savings account to group with
mandatory savings account per individual there is an error message appears
'Group Membership cannot be changed, as Active accounts exist.' Even if the
savings account is 'inactive'. New issue has been created for that bug
