Description:
Many strings in the UI for creating clients, creating accounts, creating groups
etc are only partially localized across all languages (French, Spanish, Chinese)
See screenshots but note specifically:

Clients & Accounts without submitting information.

Navigate to main Admin page, note that links under Admin sections have strings
that are partially Spanish and partially English:
