Removed following from mifos.org/documentation/configuration:
Property name: ProcessFlow.LoanDisbursedToLoanOfficerStateEnabled
Mutability: TRAPDOOR
Options: true (yes), false (no)
Default: false
Example: ProcessFlow.LoanDisbursedToLoanOfficerStateEnabled=false means that
loans will not be disbursed to the loan officer before they become active and
are disbursed to the clients.
Anchor
If you use the default setting (true), an approval step is added to the process
of creating a new loan account for a client or group. Because of a problem with
this property (issue 2252), don't use the properties file to set it to false.
Instead, use the workaround below.
