ApplicationException from MasterPersistence.getLookUpEntity isn't displayed on
the UI nor logs.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Rename 'CitizenShip' to 'CitizensShip' in the lookup_entity table
2. Try to enter 'Define Lookup Options' page
