Currently SECDEP is running Mifos 1.6 and there are known issues with the
interest posting. We fully expect that at the next interest posting period
(December 31st, 2010), that Mifos will once again post zero amounts to most
savings accounts.
Since we will be unable to upgrade SECDEP to Leila E before the end of the
year, we will need to run this clean-up script. The closer we can do this to
the end of the year, the better, but I have put Jan 15th as the drop-dead date
so we can communicate this to Luz
