Need to upload fixed General Ledger Report

Upon the upgrade, KEEF's General Ledger report is not working. This is most
likely due to an issue with the DB Settings. I believe this requires opening
up in the BIRT RDP, changing the db settings to match KEEF and re-uploading.
Also, maybe talk with JEff as he will know the correct solution.
