Gayl, I see there is a problem here. for instance taking into account the
following:
Fantsuam Foundation Head Office / YAN MASA II / YAN MASA II group A / Amina
Bako / C2 and above group loan with 3 months due PFD fund
Firstly, the 'view transactions' functionality should show all 'financial
transactions' of any non-zero 'account payment/transactions' that take place on
the the account.
for the above account the follow activity occurs:
20/09/2010 Payment rcvd. 4000.00
08/09/2010 Misc fees applied 2600.00
08/09/2010 Loan Disbursal 10000.00
however we only see 'financial transactions for the loan disbursal.
Looking into the data in the database, I see that there is only one 'account
payment' against this account and that is the account payment tracking the
disbursal..
The misc fee applied isn't tracked - need to check with kay around this
functionality
Also the loan repayment of 4000.00 isn't tracked by 'an account payment'. This
is odd. Do you remember how this payment was made Gayl or how the loan was set
up? Was it all done manually or was data migrated in for these dates or did you
use some functionality such as 'redo loan' or 'reverse loan disbursal' etc
I am having trouble with chart of accounts and financial mappings against your
database so will try and replicate these actions to see what expected behaviour
is
So basically the 'view transactions' functionality isn't broken but need to
understand why there is no 'account payment' tracked for the other two items of
'account activity'.
