Jeff, in Elsie-F all additional information or custom field data should be
migrated to question group tables. the client creation service was still
querying to see where there any mandatory custom fields that required filling
which is no longer needs to do. but you should also ensure that the migration
occurs on whatever dataset your testing head-master on.
