There are certain aspects to this bug which need some clarifications. Here they
are...
1. How was the XML file saved on the Windows machine, i.e., format, encoding
etc.
2. Is it browser specific issue. Did we try this issue on IE7/Chrome.
3. Did we verify in the DB how the question was created. Specifically, are the
characters garbled in the DB for this question ?
4. If characters are garbled in DB as well, does your DB support saving
characters with UTF-8 char set. (Thats the one we are using for 'questions'
table inside latest_schema.sql)
I am however unable to reproduce this problem on Linux box which probably is a
hint that this could be a machine specific issue. (points 1 and 4 above).
