Developers and sales engineers need dumps of customer data from time to time.
This data should not contain anything traceable back to the customer.
Create a process (including scripts or other UI) that can be used to dump and
sanitize a Mifos OLTP customer database.
A log (e.g.: /var/log/db_dumps) should capture the fact that a db dump was
initiated, by whom, how long it took, etc.
