In mifos\WEB_INF\classes\org\mifos\localizedResources\fr\LoanUIResources.po and
accountsUIResources.po I noticed:
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\n"
I tried changing iso-8859-1 to
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n" (same as clientUIResources.po)
Then stop/start tomcat but didn't see a difference real-time. Maybe that is a
smoking gun though?
