REPRO:
1. Prepare database which was not previously used with Data Migration script
2. Change 'mandatory' field (for some questions within the survey which applies
to 'ALL') to '1' in the database in table 'survey_questions'
3. Run Mifos with integrated Data Migration script as an upgrade
4. Go to 'Admin' tab and click on Question Group created from migrated Survey
EXPECTED RESULT:
Questions marked in the database as 'mandatory' are marked 'mandatory' after
Data Migration
ACTUAL RESULT:
Questions marked in the database as 'mandatory' are marked 'non-mandatory'
after Data Migration
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
After Data Migration in the database, in the table 'sections_questions',
'is_required' field doesn't contain '1' for migrated questions (from the survey
which applies to 'All') marked 'mandatory' before migration.
