Group savings account with Per Individual Setting does not provide dropdown box

Given a Center->Group->Client heirarchy with say two clients AND
Given a savings product exists that is applicable for groups, and has Per
Individual setting, (mandatory or vol) AND Given a savings account has been
created for the group
When applying a deposit or withdrawal, no dropdown box appears on UI to allow
user to choose the client to make the payment against.
Expected to see a dropdown which allows the payment to specified against a
praticular client.
Impact:
Cant correctly make deposits/withdrawals for Group Savings (Per Individual
tracking of clients)
