Description:
OpenNMS will tell us if HTTPS is unreachable over port 443, but not if the
Mifos application server is down.
# Configure OpenNMS so it will notify us when Mifos is down. This may be
possible by adding something to snmp, or a specific poller/whatever on the
OpenNMS server.
# Configure OpenNMS so it will notify us when batch jobs fail.
This is important for cloud/hosted Mifos.
This is similar to MIFOSADMIN-93 and MIFOSADMIN-95.
