Edit user information page shows obscured password (**********) on Password
field, where confirm password field is blank. Making a different change for
the user and then clicking preview generates error message:
"Please ensure that password and confirm password entries are made and they are
identical."
In 1.6.x, no data was brought up in either password or confirm password fields,
so when user clicked Preview, no error message appeared.
Workaround: enter confirmed password (it it's their own account) or blank out
Password field and continue. When blanked out, Mifos keeps around the current
password.
