For a loan account with "Declining Balance - Interest recalculation" as
interest type, when a user tries to view the repayment schedule on a date
before the last payment date and clicks ' View Schedule', a validation message
should be displayed on the repayment schedule page saying "Repayment schedule
cannot be viewed for a date before the latest payment date.", which is not
displayed now.
