Description:
Backdated transactions - should be a separate permission so that only select
users can invoke this feature
For example: Branch managers will not be able to enter today details of
transaction that happened on previous day. However, Operations Head will be
allowed to do so. This is enforce better discipline of having the operations
staff enter their data fully on the same day. Goal is to limit operations staff
from entering today's transaction on the next day. However, in genuine cases,
Operations Head should be allowed to do such transactions.
