This failure is as a result of a known issue in maven3
[MNG-4001|http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-4001]. The issue is fixed in
maven 3 but since another
[issue|http://issues.hudson-ci.org/browse/HUDSON-4988] in hudson prevents us
from using that we have to use the following workaround for the time being.
1. delete the org/codehaus/mojo directory from m2 on the ci server
2. delete the same folder on nexus
