I Tested the bug in Mifos 2.0
The bug is fixed but another weird behavior is showing up now.
1- Repay loan
2-Remove check box from "Waive all interest due"
3-Loan is repayed with right amount
4-Do an adjustment
5-The loan balance is now different. An additional interest amount is added to 
the amount
(the remaining balance is wrong)
