Upgrade KEEF's production server. Will require taking a snapshot of their
current production system database, taking it through the upgrade process
(http://confluence.mifos.org/display/Main/KEEF+Upgrade+to+Mifos+1.6), and
installing M-Pesa.

Work with Marie and Jacinta (get my help if you need it) to schedule getting
the database dump from them at the appropriate moment.
Upon completing upgrade, validate upgrade or assign sub-task to another
individual to validate -

After validation is complete, send e-mail to Ryan, Marie and Jacinta alerting
us to the completed upgrade.
