Description:
Enhacement requested by RiSE:
External ID field to be displayed instead of internal ID (External ID is used
to reference the customer externally and not the Mifos internal ID)
For example: RiSE uses the following ID to refer to a group: UPB1-291
And for members in the group, they use UPB1-291-01, UPB1-291-02 etc.
Surnames are frequently not used and too many members will have similar or same
names.
Currently RiSE captures this ID in the external ID field and this ID is more
useful in identifying members than their names or the Mifos internal ID.
