For a loan account of interest type "Declining Balance - Interest
Recalculation", on disbursing the loan on a date after the first installment
date (in a schedule generated created during the loan account creation), in the
new schedule the first installment date is not changed to next meeting date.
Instead the previous first installment date is retained.
