Date specific integration test failure

The following two integration tests are failing because they are creating a
holiday on a date that coincides with current date. The dates are: 30 Dec, 2
Jan, 3 Jan of every year.
org.mifos.application.holiday.persistence.HolidayDaoHibernateIntegrationTest.shouldFindAllHolidaysOrderedByFromDateAscending
org.mifos.application.holiday.persistence.HolidayDaoHibernateIntegrationTest.shouldFindWhetherGivenDateIsAHoliday
Either the current date validation should be stubbed out or this test must be
converted to a unit test.
