Dedicated sub-task for my work for a Jetty Server, in Workspace. Only in IDE;
goal of this issue is nothing to do with deployment - that will have to be a
separate discussion.
This way I'll keep the "Maven modularity" (basically Jetty unrelated)
[https://github.com/vorburger/mifos-head/tree/MIFOS-4099__BetterWorkspace] and
the Embedded Server stuff on two different (personal) Git branches.
