The DataDumpReport had its data source changed from pointing to
MifosDataWarehouse to DestinationDB. On sandbox-reporting.mifos.org,
MifosDataWarehouse points to mifos_sandbox_dw which is generated off of the
mifos_sandbox db that the mifos webapp with PPI loaded runs off of. By
switching it back to MifosDataWarehouse, it picks up data again.
Other reports are pointing to DestinationDB which has a full data set in it,
not just test data. A full data set is useful for testing most reports, but
for the DataDumpReport we need to work off of live data. We need to come up
with a way to better manage running test reports against different data sets.
