For loan account with interest type Declining Balance Interest Recalculation on
various stages of account activities like
1) After loan disbursal
2) After loan payment
3) After loan repayment
4) After applying charge of fee or penalty
a) the values of account summary table are inconsistent
b) the values of Running Balance table are inconsistent
Both these are need to be fixed
