Upgrade MFI production instance on Feb 7th, 2011. Do not perform upgrade any
earlier and check confluence page on cloud operating hours -

Upon completing upgrade, validate upgrade or assign sub-task to another
individual to validate -

After validation is complete, send e-mail to customer alerting them to the
