Turns out this test instance is having batch job failures as described
in issue http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-4351. The workaround
described by Udai is to add this to the mysql configuration:
[mysqld]
# 25 hours, batch job run once in 24 hours
wait_timeout = 90000
Can you please add this setting on the DB running on rds? I don't think
I can do effective testing on the SECDEP instance until the batch jobs
are running smoothly.
