KMBI is using Groups and clients and under a group, the sorting is done by the
account ID of the accounts (ie, the order they were entered into Mifos).
KMBI would like this sorted alphabetically by last name. They also want the
display to be last name, first name middle name (is this just a configuration
setting?)
