Steps to reproduce the bug :
1) User tries to redo a loan account and reaches Review Installments page of
redo loan flow
Error : On the review installments page, Payment dates and excess amount
validations are not getting done simultaneously on click of Preview
Expected Result : Validations for Payment dates and excess amount should happen
simultaneously on click of Preview

1) User tries to redo a loan account
2) He moves from Review Installments page (after all validations have passed)
and reaches Preview page
Error : On Redo Loan preview page, "Edit loan schedule information" button is
not visible.
Expected Result : "Edit loan schedule information" button should be visible
below the Loan schedule on Preview page.
