The dbunit data sets do not have the following upgrades
applied:

1292241366 - (added by Praveena)

Can you investigate this issue and correct data sets? They cannot be
imported and used as a Mifos database because of the database upgrade
failure. This is somehow blocking my team, because we would like to work
on the databases imported from datasets when developing new acceptance
tests.
Another issue is that these datasets can be in inconsistent state, which
can lead to invalid test results.
