# Log in to any Elsie F Mifos server
# View any client detail page
# click "Edit Client status"
# click on dropdown list

Explanation dropdown list (select name="flagId") is populated with cancellation
reasons (like Blacklisted, Transferred, Left Program, Other, Duplicate).

Dropdown list is empty.
