Collection sheet entry provides user list of all defined payment types, not
just allowed payment types. This results in a stack trace when submitting the
collection sheet with error:
org.mifos.core.MifosRuntimeException: Input Errors Found:
UNSUPPORTED_PAYMENT_TYPE
Repro steps:
1. login to test server http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos
2. on collection sheet entry, enter:
branch: Pranaque Branch
LO: Jenna Barth
Center: Center3
Mode of payment: PayPal
3. preview, submit.
result: stack trace - see attached.
