For loan account of Interest Type Declining balance Interest recalculation, in
repay loan page the value of amount paid shown doesn't includes fee of the next
installment (though it is actually include in loan repayment, it is shown wrong
in the UI).
Example:
First Installment date: 19-oct
Fee of first installment: 100
Actual repayment amount on 18-oct : 1104.6
Value shown on repay loan page: 1004.6
