i haven't looked at plugins repository or project but the dependencies have now
changes so if the 'import' plugin is still has any of the following as
dependencies they should be replaced:
mifos-spi, mifos-api
will require the following mifos-serviceInterfaces, mifos-appdomain, (and maybe
mifos-questionaire)
