Add Fees and Penalties column - should be total of Loan and Client.
The idea is you want to see what was due and collected and that should include
fees or penalties that you have collected.
Since these reports should only be run for the past (not the future), then it
sounds like we should bring into the DW? Yes, we should bring the schedule and
fee_schedule tables to the DW but in 'fact_' table style not 'dw_' style (which
the loan_schedules are in currently)
