On the header box a date range labels should be 'From' and 'To' instead of
'Start date' and 'End date'. This bug is related to the following reports:

- Due vs Collected by Loan Officer
- Loan Classification by Product
- Loan Officer Detailed
- Loan Officer Performance Summary
- PPI reports
