Description:
This is a followup on MIFOSBI-56.
On sandbox-reporting, we currently deploy reports by hand. There's a clone of
the bi repo in ~ubuntu, and /opt/pentaho/biserver-ce/pentaho-solutions/bi-head
has a link to ~ubuntu/bi/reports/standardReports. For prod, we'll likely need a
more automated/managed/scripted solution.
The list of what's in the bi repo that should *not* be deployed is in
MIFOSBI-174.
