I tried to make all payments before current date on account
"MyGroup1233266255641".
I've done all steps like on the MIFOSTTEST-28 and typed past date so that 3
payments could be done before current date (3174 on the last payment, first is
default 1053, second also default 63 so total amount should be 4290). The point
is, that when I check the account page, it shows me wrong total amount paid
(4200 or sometimes less then 3500). In transaction history we can see 2 * 90,
or 2*900 fees paid (it's random when doing all the "redo disbursal" steps again
and again. Shouldn't it be 1*90 and 1*900?)
