The patch(es) for MIFOS-4306 introduced some problems in the plugins POMs.
# the top-level (parent) POM shouldn't refer to mifos-api and mifos-spi (these
are now called mifos-appdomain and mifos-serviceInterfaces)
# only the top-level POM should mention version numbers for mifos-appdomain and
mifos-serviceInterfaces
# plugins run inside the same VM as Mifos, with the same classpath, so
dependencies, so any provided libraries must be marked "
# {{<type>jar</type>}} is unnecessary
