Create automated test for PPIDataDump report that checks all columns in report.
Test will also have to be aware of country to know what columns will appear, or
possibly need one test per country (modify PPI tests that are in place?)
test should include checking for all fields in report including score, poverty
bands for the country, business activity, principal in arrears, children,
education, ethnicity, etc.
