Among the 11 SQL upgrades mentioned earlier, the following 10 are expansion
type upgrades:

The upgrade, sql:1289994929 contains both expansion & contraction type
upgrades. While converting this script to liquibase, two scripts should be
written, one each for expansion & contraction type upgrades.
