Resolution: Won't Fix
Resolving "won't fix". I don't have clear, specific guidance for a volunteer to
start work on this. This was really just to track that we're doing something to
make Mifos more approachable. More of a goal or far vision than an
"Improvement" issue.
One thing we're doing is MIFOS-4099 ... that should definitely reduce the time
to get cracking on Mifos.
