Need the following to be done on cash flow screen.
1.Please specify total capital and liability should be the message instead of
Total capital should not be empty
2.Red asterix for mandatory total capital and liab fields
3.Cash flow outer box confirm to mifos standard, see other pages
4.Change the color of the note on this page to Black
