Going to reopen and assign to Keith.
During my testing, I tried redoing a loan with disbursal on 12 Jan and two
actual payments (19 Jan and 26 Jan). User blocked from proceeding past
reviewing installments (see attached screenshot). Error is "Please enter a
valid transaction date". (Note, this is using the IS test server since 8085
has so many holidays defined it's hard to use)
Repeating the same scenario on the demo server, I am able to proceed past this
page with same redo loan client, loan product, and dates. (see 2nd attachment)
