Integrated Datatables jQuery plugin written by Allan Jardine
(http://www.datatables.net). This plugin was chosen over tablesorter
(http://tablesorter.com) because it has been thoroughly tested and supports
localization out of the box.
There is a FTL macro "widget.datatable" that turns a regular HTML table into a
datatable.
