This affects LOADs of tests actually, we currently fail (on the
hudsonBuild-hotWorkspace branch) with this in application/ module :
{{Tests run: 2628, Failures: 1248, Errors: 0, Skipped: 118}}
all MifosMockStrutsTestCase subclasses (of which there is lots) - a simple one
to repro this in Eclipse IDE and look into a fix is e.g. LoginFilterStrutsTest.
