View organization settings page is not displayed when ImportTransactionOrder is
configured only for one product

Repro:
1. Set 'ke.co.safaricom.MPesaXlsImporter.ImportTransactionOrder=' or
'ke.co.safaricom.MPesaXlsImporter.ImportTransactionOrder=AL4' in properties file
2. Start Mifos
3. Go to 'Admin' tab and click on 'View organization settings'
Expected result:
View organization settings page appears.
Actual result:
Error page with stack trace appears.
Additional information:
If you go to 'Import transactions' and try to import transaction for AL4, then
incorrect error message appears: 'Row <#> error - <Receipt ID> -
java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.util.List'. This also should be fixed.
